Now it will take no more than 20 minutes. This was reported by the press service of the state corporation "Government for Citizens".

To recap, the landowner and registered do not necessarily visit the PSC (Public Service Center). It is enough to log in to the e-government portal egov.kz.

The registered should apply for registration, and the owner of the dwelling - to confirm his consent with the help of an electronic digital signature. The last one should be obtained from the PSC. After that it is possible to order the address reference already with new registration data.  The service is fully automated and is available online in all regions of Kazakhstan in the presence of EDS (Electronic Digital Signature).

By the way, thanks to changes in the Tax Code since January of this year it isn't necessary to pay the state duty for registration any more.
